You're right that 90% of the ads here are EEO requirements. I did however get my current gig from here. Took almost 3 years and literally over 1000 resumes sent out, but I got it.

The average listeners will have heard of about 50% of those groups. Way to obscure for radio.

And now there's a podcaster that claims to have 100,000 listeners a week claiming his salespeople can make $7000 a month. Someone needs to start policing these ads. All Access is turning into Craigslist with all the scams.

Ok, I agree with you here. Podcasts that don't pay are a waste to post here. This is for professionals. Bad pay I don't mind. No pay I do.
